We gratefully stumbled across the work of Nicholas Long a few months ago when his single ‘Unbreakable Soul’ found its way into our rotation, marking the beginning of our admiration for his music.
Better known by his moniker Wavewulf, the New York City-based electronic music producer has been active since 2019 – and is currently gearing up to release his fifth album. ‘In Every Blue’ is the third single from said album, and we are honoured to introduce you to it today.
Once again teaming up with Polish vocalist Nala Spark, Wavewulf concocts an intricately electronic and upbeat jewel that serves as the perfect foil for Spark’s angelic vocals. Featuring analogue synths and drum machines, ‘In Every Blue’ is yet another alluring and absorbing tune that is simply impossible to resist. It draws you in with rich textures and an enchanting vibe – showcasing Wavewulf’s canny ability to craft infectious beats and magnetic atmospheres.
It’s a short wait now until the artist unveils his fifth full-length album, scheduled for release on the 4th of October. The anticipation is building nicely, and we get the feeling it could be an absolute gem of a record!
