Penned by UNRUH, the track fully flourishes on its author’s experience as a vocal coach, musician and songwriter, packing celestial vocal harmonies and a high-level performance in a mere three minutes of sonic glory.
UNRUH’s debut single, the release is supported by Saint Seba Records, signing the Berlin resident as his first artist. After years of working behind the scenes, empowering indie and major artists to achieve their best vocal potential, UNRUH made a conscious choice to share his own artistry with the public. A move that takes guts, it’s not always easy to showcase one’s own fragility to the outside world.
Describing the inspiration behind ‘Excited’, UNRUH explains: “It is themed about relearning how to have fun again by channelling your inner child and embracing the flow. It was created after a difficult time in a past relationship, at a time when everything had become overly serious.”
