Steven Hall and Chris Lord are two talented hip-hop and R&B artists based in Fort Lauderdale who make up the duo Steve N’ Chris. They’ve been making music together for over twenty years now, and have just dropped ‘Remix Kingz, Vol. 1′, an eight-track album that is absolutely banging! Featuring remixes of some of the biggest tunes and artists; DJ Khaled, Babyface, Diddy, and Lil Baby to name just a few, Steve N’ Chris are on a mission to prove that they’re ready for the top. ‘GOD DID’ gets the album underway, as the guys rework a DJ Khaled classic into a two-minute belter that showcases their epic delivery and flow.
Diddy’s ‘Gotta Move On’ also gets the Steve N’ Chris treatment on the album’s sixth track. Again, it’s a tune that holds nothing back and serves as an excellent example of the visionary talent that Steve and Chris both possess.
Two other tracks that get a makeover are Drake’s ‘Jimmy Cooks’, and Babyface’s ‘Keeps on Fallin”. Both provide further proof that Steve Hall and Chris Lord deserve your undivided attention. In less than sixteen minutes, what Steve N’ Chris has managed to accomplish is nothing short of mindblowing.
