Boasting a strong avant-garde electronic character, the track navigates glitchy textures, pointillistic tones and sonic fragments of deconstructed samples, all blending together in an elegant sensory overload, an experience that’s disorienting but also educative, a joy for every curious mind out there.
‘Yard Sale’ is the product of musical research; echoing the likes of Curtis Roads and Natasha Barrett, the record takes a very physical approach, refuting traditional harmonic formulas in order to empower noise and microtones. The result perfectly fits our modern times; predictable, unreasonable, yet very intense.

As Young explains: “Weightausend was a great dub slash experimental producer I hugely admired when he was active at Haunter Records. Yard Sale was a tribute we made together to celebrate his past glory.”
