Well done to Saint Social: hailing from the US, the up-and-coming indie outfit manages to deliver its best effort to date.
Built on a plethora of electronic textures and luscious guitar tones, ‘Holiday Forever’ constantly grows in intensity, making sure the listening experience is always exciting and vibrant. It reminds us of The Temper Trap, among others – especially for their use of space and synthetic tones, making for a hypnotising and expansive production. Saint Social have an album in the works: look out for it.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the single, the group explain: “‘Holiday Forever’ speaks to the healing and ultimate joy of being embraced for everything a person embodies. It also conveys the thought that heartache can add up to something good in the end”.
