That’s the case for Canadian creative Rob Elo, returning to recorded music after a long and private three-year hiatus. It’s obvious he’s been hard at work, refining his sound and authentic stylings. ‘Either Way’ is the strongest evidence of that, a charming and eclectic gem anticipating an EP expected in Spring 2024.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the record, Rob Elo explains: “An unwavering declaration of dedication to someone, but also an almost defeated surrender to everything negative or scary that comes with that commitment.” It’s positive and meaningful lyricism that’s very welcome these days, a blissful refuge from the complexity of our reality.
