It’s pretty hard to keep up with the musical output and work ethic of Ethan Reue Berdofe. Better known simply as Reue, the Texas-based artist and producer recently unleashed ‘Enamor’, a progressive house tune that I thought was his latest. I was wrong! He’s only gone and created ‘You Do’ as well in the meantime! It’s another smashingly good composition and definitely worth your time.
Getting back to ‘Enamor’ though, Reue has described the track as a “sort of love song. Love for the self. Love for others.” Touching on older progressive house sounds and blending them seamlessly with techno-style storytelling has worked an absolute treat on ‘Enamor’, and the song takes you on a sonic rollercoaster that you just have to experience for yourself.
‘Enamor’ is a perfect example of Reue’s musical talent. He is seen as one of the most progressive and influential artists on the scene in his hometown of Austin, and a quick listen-through of his discography will help you better understand why. Reue is creating fresh and unprocessed bangers that are just ideal for those all-night dance marathons! We cannot wait to hear more from this gifted producer.
