Reaven Shares Uplifting, Bright Single ‘Something To Remember’

Not all records are equal. Some are very focused on a genre, on a strong, precise identity that helps the project appeal to a specific audience. Then, there are wider, more eclectic records striving for mainstream glory, or at the very least a positive reception across the board. ‘Something to Remember’ belongs to the latter category, with its lush, poppy guitar tones and polite electronic livery. That, coupled with relatable, uplifting lyricism and a touch of nostalgia, makes the single a potential hit.

Hailing from France, Reaven is the talented group behind the track. Based in Troyes, the creative outfit oscillates between pop and rock, eventually taking a rather mainstream approach in ‘Something To Remember’. Yet, the song still carries an evocative, quirky energy that no doubt will capture a large crowd. Plus, it’s insanely catchy, with Reavens’ vocals adding fuel to the musical fire.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the record, the group explain: “It questions our connection to what our inner desires really want. We all have dreams, we all want to make the most of life and try to fulfil our existence. It expresses the feeling of urgency to remember what is truly important, to live to the fullest, because we only got one chance and one life to do so.”
