Fusing 80s synths with uptempo beats and a vocoder, the work of Press Enter to Space evokes a nostalgic yet futuristic vibe that is impossible to resist. Embodying the essence of retrofuturism, as they blend old-school charm with modern energy, the duo have concocted a unique and distinctive sound. Exhilarating, dynamic, and deeply captivating.
I absolutely love the EP’s opener ‘Jupiter Monday’. It sets the tone perfectly for what’s to come. ‘Nocturnal’ can only be described as an immersive banger, and ‘Let Go’ is simply a masterpiece.
We end with ‘Business’ and a remix of ‘Noctural’, and all I can say is that Press Enter to Space has delivered a knockout EP that I just cannot get enough of! Hopefully, one day, I’ll experience it live!
