We cannot truly explain it, but the first time we heard Pale Rider’s music we felt compelled to share it. Perhaps is their expansive, spacious and dreamy sonic formula, built around lush guitar tones and heightened shoegaze energy. Or, it’s all down to the group’s bold and relatable vocals coupled with hazy lyricism.
Whatever it is, one thing is certain: the Californian band has all the right cards to make it big, especially considering their latest effort, the psych-flavoured indie episode ‘Tonight Is Ours’. Intense yet soothing and elegant: the single is a slice of heaven delivered on a silver plate, a recipe for deep escapism and personal catharsis.
