An international endeavour, the moniker actually refers to a so-described “American Person and British Person”, based in Campo, Portugal. Such a creative collaboration is obviously working well: ‘Come Over Here And Stay’ is both sultry and nostalgic, delving into soulful, R&B flavourings and bubbly synth-pop.
The track is a potential timeless classic: bound to appeal to both mature and younger audiences, the single is also masterfully recorded and performed. Speaking about the inspiration behind it, ELDERLY WHITE MAN explains: “This song is inspired by the paintings of Egon Schiele, whose work haunts the imagination.”
