Multi-Instrumentalist And Producer Janna Pelle Shares Heartfelt New Release ‘Ever’

After relocating from Miami to New York, Janna Pelle made a pandemic move and set up her home studio in the Sullivan County, NY woods. She has since released three albums and is working on her first self-produced album, which she plans to release later this year. Influenced by Tame Impala and Lady Gaga, Pelle creates a female-led pop sound mixed with a dreamy exploration of rhythmic synth, airy production, and soft, spread-out vocals.

During the pandemic, Pelle returned briefly to her childhood home in Miami, where she sat at her childhood piano and wrote the first notes of what would become her newest release, ‘Ever’, a homage to her late father’s signature phrase, “your ever-loving Dad”. She finished her track in her studio, adding the semi-upbeat, semi-laid-back body to her personal and tender song.

In her new track, Pelle probes the meaning of “forever”, everlasting love, and if in fact things happen for a reason or if they happen randomly for no reason at all. “I still do feel his love every day despite the fact that he is not here in the physical form. It is this realisation that makes me believe in the “forever” kind of love for a partner, which I was previously skeptical of” Pelle shares.
