Monsonic Gears Up for Upcoming Album with ‘Every Color’

‘Every Color’ embodies rather nuanced and kaleidoscopic alt-rock stylings. Oscillating between psych tones and lo-fi recording techniques, the record showcases Monsonic’s strong authenticity and uniqueness, something that’s incredibly precious in the contemporary music landscape. Introduced by punchy yet understated drums and spacious, icy and fuzzy guitars, ‘Every Color’ continues with a formula that might seem chaotic on the surface, but that makes sense at a deeper look.

Resembling its lyricism – the idea of connecting with someone completely – the single feels universal and kaleidoscopic, almost intense, seemingly longing for a connection that’s never easily obtained, but always very rewarding. ‘Every Color’ is the perfect entree for ‘In Between’, Masonic’s upcoming album, expected later this year.

Speaking about the record, Masonic explains: “I worked on the album in my bedroom crafting the songs with the intent of creating rich atmospheres and songs that tell relatable stories, while also serving to send a message about how we must maintain balance between the dark and light within us”.
