Teaming up with a plethora of female vocalists, the talented musician and producer makes its way through cryptic, transformative and textured material, collecting dream-pop, shoegaze and psychedelic influences in the process.
One of our favourite episodes in the album is ‘Vibin’ High’, a sprawling epic that takes you on a journey through the far reaches of the universe. The pulsing bassline and hypnotic drumbeat create a sense of momentum that propels you forward, while the layers of guitar and synth wash over you like a cosmic wave.
Another highlight is ‘Separation, Pt.2’ a more introspective track that showcases Ramirez’s ability to create lush, atmospheric soundscapes. The dreamy vocals and shimmering instrumentation create a sense of weightlessness that’s perfect for getting lost in your thoughts.
