If you’re not aware of Love Ghost by now then there honestly may not be much hope left for you. We’ve been punting the musical project of Los Angeles-based alternative singer/songwriter Finnegan Bell all year long and, once again, he’s returned with a new single that we’re honoured to dissect and share with you! ‘Haunted House’ has been described by the artist as, “a cool, underground anthem for alternative kids” and it sees Finnegan teaming up with Mexican superstar FLVCKKA and Latin Grammy-nominated producer BrunOG. Just like Veneno, Ghost has opted to have English and Spanish lyrics in his hard-hitting and gritty new track, and he and FLVCKKA put on supremely strong and confident vocal performances.
In the past, I’ve praised Love Ghost for his heart-on-sleeve approach to everything that he releases. ‘Haunted House’ serves as another prime example of just what I mean. You can feel the passion and fire in his voice – something only felt when dealing with a genuine and authentic musician.
Currently in Mexico and working alongside a ridiculously talented line-up of other artists and producers, Ghost has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. If you want to get to know Finnegan a little better, do check out our recent interview with him!
