King Cherry is an up-and-coming rock act hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, and they’re focused on bringing back the energy of 90s and early 2000s rock while injecting their own modern flavour into proceedings. Well, after just one listen to their latest single ‘The Last Bite’, it’s clear that the band are onto something sonically fresh and electrifying.
An infectious and unique fusion of Gothic rock with good old classic rock influences, the tune channels both dark and energetic tones. Crunchy and hard-hitting riffs deliver a punchy and intense edge, while Brian Jennings’ dynamic and straight-from-the-heart vocal performance adds grit and passion. This, perhaps, shouldn’t come as a surprise, given his previous work with the powerhouse project Hollywood Gods N’ Monsters.
