Merseyside-based indie-rockers KAINED recently unleashed their electrifying new single ‘What Now?’, delivering a relentless, high-octane banger that hits you at full throttle! Written during the COVID-19 lockdowns and inspired by the built-up anger of being unable to move around freely, ‘What Now?’ perfectly encapsulates the frustration of restless souls.

Described previously as sounding like “Arctic Monkeys in a bar fight”, KAINED’s influences stretch from old-school punk and Britpop to indie-rock and rap. Formed in the pubs and late-night taxi ranks of St Helens, the five music-loving lads are on a mission to, in the words of their vocalist, “give rock ‘n’ roll its bollocks back”.
