Masterpieces take time to come to fruition. Rightly so – the artistic research needed to achieve such a high level of musical prowess is vast and wide. Take JUNO VINE – he might well be on his way to releasing a masterpiece album. Originally debuting in 2021, the Israel-based newcomer took a two years hiatus, now returning with a full-length record announced for later this year. ‘Fever’ is the first single extracted from it, the first sign of VINE’s new creative deal. If the track is anything to go by, we are in for some exciting times.
It’s rather hard to describe ‘FEVER’, although the core concept could be encapsulated in the eclectic, pop-driven sonic matter that provides such a perfect framework for VINE’s evocative and anthemic vocals. Balanced between pop and rock elements, the record really flourishes in JUNO’s songwriting, able to guide the listener through a euphoric and relatable journey into human consciousness. A deep and intense vocal tone, full of gravitas and charm, helps the project reach the listener’s ears.
Lyrically, ‘FEVER’ explores the dubious and fragile nature of new relationships, especially when it comes to developing trust and faith in each other. A fantastic effort by JUNO VINE – we are confident he’s onto something special.
