John Conlin Introduces Sparkling New Tune ‘Months and Months’

Drawing inspiration from icons like ABBA, Queen, and Lady Gaga, Los Angeles-based pop artist John Conlin is carving out a pretty serious reputation for himself in the electropop world. Returning with his fourth single of the year, ‘Months and Months’ sees the musician cooking up an absolutely banging, dancefloor-ready anthem. Featuring powerful and lively synths, a classic disco four-on-the-floor beat, and one the most infectious hooks you’ve ever heard, it’s a pulsating and energetic journey that you won’t soon forget!

A lyrical reminder to remain strong, and not fall back into past, toxic relationships, ‘Months and Months’ sends out a critical message. “The song is about the fear of an ex creeping back into your life,” says John. “Just as you’re finally starting to move on”. The artist has been labelled a “beacon of honest lyricism”, and his brand new tune reinforces his role as an authentic voice and a genuine storyteller.

Truthfully, I’m a little out of my musical comfort zone with ‘Months and Months’, but that’s what I love about discovering new music. Out of nowhere, a song comes along, puts a smile on your face, and gets you ready for the weekend ahead! Thank you, John!
