I am once again indebted to my fellow writer Gabriel Mazza for introducing me to Cambridgeshire-based singer/songwriter and producer Jess Stewart. Having covered her previous three singles, one thing is for certain…Jess is making quite a splash in the industry, and steadily drawing attention with her compelling artistry.
Back with her fifth official release, Stewart introduces the world to ‘Summer Love’, a warm, upbeat, and seriously danceable piece of music. Her luscious vocals float over a Nile Rodgers-inspired rhythmic guitar and booming bass, creating a synth-filled anthem that is guaranteed to get stuck in your head all summer long.
Taking the listener with her on a journey of summer flings, drunken nights, and carefree independence, Jess provides a vibrant and irresistible soundtrack that embodies the joy and freedom of the season.
Inspired by the likes of Ariana Grande, Caity Baser, and Tate McRae, Jess Stewart’s musical adventure is just getting started, but I promise you, you’ll be hearing a lot more from her in the near future! Remember the name!
Serious tune alert! Enjoy ‘Summer Love’ on Spotify now:
