London-based Jehnniel is a rising indie-pop artist, and her latest single ‘Blue Skies’ has completely captured my heart. An utterly beautiful and tender piece of music, the rich and emotive offering is filled with raw emotion and the exceptionally soulful vocals of a seriously gifted singer.
Serving as a testament to her artistic vision, ‘Blue Skies’ was written by Jehnniel and produced by Roberto Panovski, making it clear that she’s a visionary in full command of her craft. Taking an introspective and fearless look at unconditional love, loss, and optimism for the future, ‘Blue Skies’ is a track Jehnniel wrote after what she calls her awakening. “I believe I have gone through the dark night of the soul,” she says. “The impulses I get to take my music to the next level are so vivid that I have to conquer my soul”.
