Emerging from The Netherlands, the up-and-coming songstress can usually be found exploring icy and solemn electronica, the perfect background for her majestic vocal tone.
This time around, Ingeborg teams up with fellow Swiss producer Ghandi to deliver a punchier and upbeat version of ‘Northern Lights’, a track originally contained in her 2021 EP ‘True North’. In fact, Ingeborg has been on a hiatus for the past couple of years, now returning to the new music scene with this very same remix.
It’s a stark reminder of how good she is: Ghandi’s production supercharges the track to a club-grade banger, wrapping Ingeborg’s songwriting into bright and euphoric sonic energy. Describing the lyricism behind the song, the Dutch talent explains: “The track stands as an alluring and enchanting reminder of compassion for self and others.”
