Hele Returns with Ambient and Immersive New Offering ‘Ironsmith’s Daughter’

Not long ago, we stumbled upon the elusive and cosmic sounds of Greenbush-based composer and classically trained musician Richele Kuhlmann, who performs under the moniker Hele. Her cinematic tune ‘Blue City’ blew us away, and today we are honoured to introduce you to ‘Ironsmith’s Daughter,’ Hele’s brand new offering.

An ambient, neoclassical, electroacoustic track, ‘Ironsmith’s Daughter’ has hints of folky and baroque elements infused within its lush and immersive melodies. Mellow, ethereal, and utterly intoxicating, the song’s soaring strings and delicate piano paint a vivid, dreamlike landscape that pulls the listener in with every subtle shift and nuance. A hauntingly beautiful piece of music, ‘Ironsmith’s Daughter’ is as mesmerizing as it is deeply moving.

“Describing my music can be a bit of a challenge as I’m known to be a bit genre-agnostic,” says Richele. “So I’m always interested to see how the music hits and how listeners experience it”.

Serving as the third release from the artist’s forthcoming EP ‘Eladia,’ Hele once again teamed up with producer Andy Dollerson to concoct her latest offering. A match made in heaven, the two continue to channel their shared vision into a masterful collaboration, and ‘Eladia’ is a record we simply cannot wait to hear!
