Gritty, dark, and foreboding, ‘Feels Like Tuesday’ serves as the perfect example of Golem Dance Cult’s genre-bending sound. Industrial…sure. But there are also hints of post-punk and darkwave scattered throughout the song. It’s a hypnotic and immersive sonic experience, to be honest with you, and it’s guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat with each twist and turn. Also, the addition of Jean-Philippe Feiss on the cello only adds to the tune’s intrigue and mysticism – and elevates the track’s intensity and emotional resonance.
Teaming up with fellow Aussie artist ithinkimightbeclay, Golem Dance Cult has released a start-and-stop animated music video that offers a different take on the film Groundhog Day.
