It’s been a while since someone sent us some good, dark electronic material. ‘Holding On’ fits the brief perfectly, showcasing a mysterious, cathartic sonic flair built on an alternative, EDM-flavoured dance backdrop that’s positively decadent and packed with spacious textures. Crowning it all, we find Hanne Torfs’ evocative vocals, constantly stealing the attention and wrapping the listeners in hypnotising energy.
What more could you want? The track is immensely engaging and cinematic, showcasing Torfs’ production genius. Misty and gloomy sound design positively complements the Belgian trio’s ethereal uplifting electro grooves, creating an artistic synergy that’s highly rewarding and memorable.
