Enjoy Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends’ New Rock Ballad ‘About Love’

I first stumbled upon Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends earlier this year when I fell in love with a tune called ‘Some Angels Never Learn to Fly‘. The project is the brainchild of ex-Redmoon band member Arne Floryd, and he now graces our ears once again with a new track called ‘About Love’. Featuring on his brand new album ‘No Sweets For E.’, ‘About Love’ is a pop-infused rock ballad that gives off some strong vibes reminiscent of The Beatles and The Kinks. Nostalgia-laced and full of depth and soul, the heartfelt and poetic song is an instant classic!

Thematically, ‘About Love’ lives up to its name. “It’s a tale of passion and loss,” says Arne. “It’s about regret and love that never was”. In dealing with the passing of time, the artist doesn’t shy away from exploring uncomfortable topics. That’s really what first drew me to his music originally, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ve remained a firm fan ever since!

Teaming up once again with the legendary David Myhr (The Merrymakers), as well as his old friends from Redmoon, Arne Floryd continues to craft memorable and evocative tunes. I can firmly say that Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends has been one of my favourite finds of the year!
