Emerging from Australia, Eamonn Conor is one of those artists capable of writing a great song. Without a fancy production, or convoluted formulas, the young talent manages to deliver catchy, relatable and nostalgic melodies, all augmented by his bright and dynamic vocal tone.
‘Table 17’ is the latest example of that. Over a charming and groovy RnB arrangement, Conor draws Jackson-like vocalities, even echoing one of Michael’s signature screams just after the two minutes mark. Eamonn’s tone is pretty incredible, showcasing maturity and control, a feature that’s quite rare to find these days. Active in music from a very young age, the Aussie talent seems to be slowly evolving into a pop powerhouse, a feature that fits him greatly.
