Opener ‘BO(XX)’ sees Courier’s thick and fast flow on top of a hard-hitting, dark electro beat.
Follow-up ‘Work (I’m Gitnit)’ focuses on more authentic hip-hop stylings, empowering a minimal, solid bouncy beat with tons of sub-bass matter. It’s here that we can really appreciate Courier’s malleable vocal tone, incredibly charming and charismatic. Further on, episodes such as ‘What You’d Think’ reveal a deep R&B influence, constantly balanced between icy spoken words and poignant melodies.
