We are certainly familiar with British rocker Chandra. His artistic recipe is simple and relatable, yet incredibly rewarding and universal, often time uplifting and hopeful. In a world where darkness seems to be taking over everything, it’s great to hear from positive heroes such as the Bristol-based talent. ‘Lifted’ is the project’s latest effort, a charming gem with a bright and anthemic outlook.
Introduced by an iconic guitar riff, the single then welcomes Chandra’s malleable and clear vocals, capturing the listeners with a positive message and a catchy melody. Moving with elegance, ‘Lifted’ seems to resemble a stadium/arena anthem, with its collective vocal harmonies and upfront chorus – this is a piece of music that would work very well in a live setting.
Joined by fellow rockers Chris, Keith and Rock, Chandra explains: “‘Lifted’ is a celebration of that feeling you enjoy when you’re simply having the best day.
