Bunch of Ace Deliver Infectious New Earworm ‘Apple Tree’

‘Apple Tree’ is the upbeat and infectious new single from Bunch of Ace, a Germany-based outfit comprising twin sisters Alandra and Alessja. Recorded in their basement and mastered by Svante Forsbäck in Finland, the tune begins with some delicate piano work before an acoustic guitar riff enters the fray. Alandra’s sweet-sounding vocals and synthy drums then make an appearance and we’re now up and running.

Featuring one of the catchiest choruses I’ve heard all year, ‘Apple Tree’ is a serious earworm and sonic delight that cements Bunch of Ace as a duo to keep your eye (and ear) on in the indie-pop scene.

Talking about the lyrical inspiration behind the track, the sisters say ‘Apple Tree’ “describes our connection to nature. That’s where we feel at home. But that’s not tied to a specific location. Your home can be anywhere you feel comfortable”.

Currently hard at work on new songs for their debut album, Bunch of Ace is channelling their creative energy into a record that promises deeply charming and captivating sounds. While no official date has been provided, it’s an album we simply cannot wait to hear!
