ARO Showcases a More Pop-Rock Sound on ‘Crazy’

In the middle of last year, Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Meghan Aro caught my attention with her debut single ‘Let Me Go’. Performing under the moniker of ARO, the electro-pop gem was a tune that I instantly fell in love with. Then came the “mellow dancehall” wonder of ‘I Fall In Love Too Many Times’, and I just knew that Meghan was beginning to carve out her distinctive sonic path.

Today, I would like to introduce you to ‘Crazy’, ARO’s brand new single that was released just four days ago! An upbeat and bullish pop-rock anthem, it showcases yet another side of Meghan’s ingenious artistry and flair. Poking fun at and challenging antiquated expectations of women, the track sees the musician fearlessly asserting her musical identity with an unapologetic and rebellious defiance.

“This genre pivot for me is really going hand-in-hand with my own personal growth,” says ARO. “I’m really starting to find my confidence as an artist and with that, I’m reaching for bigger sounds and more powerful vocals”.

It’s a special feeling when you’ve discovered an artist at the beginning of their musical journey and you resonate with their work. You genuinely can’t wait to see what unfolds. ARO keeps on producing the goods, and I am certain she’s going to be around for many years to come!

Serious tune alert! Enjoy ‘Crazy’ on Spotify and YouTube now:
