I recently commented on how grateful I’ve been to discover artists and bands who take me out of my musical comfort zone and push me to explore music in ways I hadn’t imagined before. With this in mind, I’d like to introduce you to British Columbia-based electronic producer Antitelepath. Inspired by the likes of Brian Eno, Carl Craig, and Demac, Antitelepath brings an experimental edge to electronic music and crafts tunes that stretch the imagination.
‘Further’ is the artist’s brand new single, and it truly delivers on Antitelepath’s vision of creating ambient techno for meditation, contemplation, studying, or simply relaxing.
Conceived in the musician’s home studio in the mountains, the spacey and immersive track takes listeners on a sonic journey of introspection. It leaves them floating in a realm where time and reality seem to blur, offering a moment of pure detachment from the outside world.
“‘Further’ resists genres,” says Antitelepath. “It seeks new and natural ways for synthesisers to join their voices together into a cohesive whole”.
Serving as the artist’s sixth single this year, if ‘Further’ is up your alley, there’s plenty more Antitelepath to dive into!
