Emerging from London, talented songstress AISTÉ has been brightening up our world since 2018, releasing a plethora of forward-thinking, intense singles. Today, she’s an accomplished artist, boasting a vast following and unmatched creative flair. In fact, she’s more productive than ever, gearing up for an upcoming debut album she managed to write in a single day. Impressive eh? Well, wait till you hear the project’s latest single, released this week. ‘Rise’ signals the start of a new chapter for AISTÉ, with the track being a feel-good, empowering anthem for everyone out there.
Taking a step back from her previous dibs into electronica and mainstream pop, the Baltic talent seems to have turned her attention towards more organic sonic matter, championing a sound more akin to the soul of the 60s and 70s. Introduced by AISTÉ’s gentle and soulful vocals, the track soon makes its way between light drums, a horn section and mellow piano lines. Eventually, we are treated to funky beats and giant vocal harmonies, channelling a style that – even today – puts a smile on everyone’s face.
