Adeline V. Lopez Shares Stunning Introspective EP ‘i heard she’s crazy’

Judging by the ever-rising number of listeners on her Spotify profile, people around the globe are steadily connecting to Adeline V. Lopez’ nuanced and meaningful records. Not a surprise: hailing from New York, the young songstress crafts vibrant and hypnotising material, drenched in eclectic pop matter while exploring tales of human experience and emotional turmoil. 

‘i heard she’s crazy’ is Lopez’s latest EP, a collection of six tracks with distinctive introspection and honey-like melodies, showcasing all of the different facets of the young American creative. From mellow ballads such as ‘belvedere’, to slices of crepuscular electronica (‘bloodstream’), passing through orchestral anthems (‘to the boys i grew up with’). Title track ‘i heard she’s crazy’ delves into shoegaze and dreamy guitar sound, raising the EP’s sharp profile. 

Speaking about the inspiration behind the record, Lopez explains: “It takes listeners on an energetic journey of growth and leave-taking. Featuring sense of humour, and the ability to forgive both ourselves and others”.
