Linebug Shares Ethereal and Visionary Album ‘Fast Changing Landscapes’

Today more than ever, music seems to be strictly tied to visual art. After all, every frequency, every lyric can remind of a specific mental image, often evoked by a particular feeling or emotion. While these thoughts are usually highly personal, it is also interesting to observe creative peeps sharing their visions with the world. Some of those brave artistic explorers can be found in Linebug, a unique and authentic project that sees founders Line Bøgh and Christian Gundtoft collaborate on a common inspiring result.

The former being a talented singer-songwriter, and the latter being a painter and digital artist, it is clear how Linebug is essentially the trait d’union between two different mediums of self-expression, often interlaced by the same thought process. ‘Fast Changing Landscapes’ is the worthy result of such a sensible vision, a majestic album that sheds light on Linebug’s sonic tale. We urge you to see the German-based pair at one of their live show, for a fully immersive sonic and kaleidoscopic experience.

‘Fast Changing Landscapes’ builds solemnly on gentle and acoustic tones, favouring orchestral arrangements over modern elements. Boasting a charismatic cinematic force, the album is the perfect pair for visual art, greatly enriched by Bøgh’s ethereal and evocative vocals. Check out some of their music videos, where listeners can get a glimpse of Gundtoft’s hand-drawn pieces.
