There’s a certain parallel to be drawn between Gateshead producer and Dj Dadalion and electronic artist Fred Again: they both seem to have channelled the sense of nostalgia, rebellion and uneasiness brought on by pandemic lockdowns into their music, using spoken words and ethereal sonic matter in the process. For Dadalion, it all comes to fruition through his latest record ‘Lockdown EP’, a convoluted journey into the British talent’s artistic identity.

Each track is a unique journey, combining elements of jungle and electronica to create a soundscape that is both upbeat and mysterious.
