Agent Envy is no stranger to music. Growing up, she took lessons in piano, guitar and singing, exploring songwriting and musical theatre. She’s now based in San Diego and producing music of her own. With influences ranging from Massive Attack and Tool to PVRIS and Metric, her sound is unique and special – it contains a charming and mesmerising quality that can’t be denied.
Listening to ‘No Friend’ is like stepping into a dark, energetic musical landscape and being swept away. The song’s emotive mix of sultry lows and belted highs against melodic guitars and synths will have you hooked from the first note.
