Speaking about the inspiration behind the record, he explains: “Those exact lyrics I originally wrote for this song hits hard every time I hear them because it brings back the memories of when I and my cousin were together, whether it be working on music or just chilling and hanging out. The lyrics also helped me work through the grieving process as well. This song means a lot.”
