Surviving a horrible incident that was supposed to leave her paralysed, Ta Mi Ko was instead brought back to a functioning state, something that inspired her to help others in her journey towards the light.
‘My Appreciation’ features a stunning visual counterpart, a music video that plays on the idea of frivolous goals. Too often, people are dead set on goals that don’t matter, forgetting their true priorities. Ta Mi Ko herself, before the incident, was going to become a fashion designer. Now, she’s inspiring like-minded human beings.
Speaking about the track, she explains: “A heartfelt expression of my gratitude for all “The Almighty” has done and continues to do for me. The song is a testimony to the ways in which The Lord has guided, protected, and educated me, far beyond the knowledge of this world.”
