Lexi Berg Yearns for Connection in ‘Bermuda Triangle’

It’s always a good day whenever a new Lexi Berg record is out. We were lucky enough to cover the British songstress earlier this summer, describing ‘Lonely Satellite’ as “expansive and meaningful, yet incredibly polished and ethereal.” We stand by our words: in her music, Berg is able to evoke a stunning emotional framework, navigating alt-pop extravaganza, folk catharsis and dreamy tones.

‘Bermuda Triangle’ is Lexi’s latest effort, a decisively mellower and poignant effort. While the references here are slightly different from the previous single, Berg’s anthemic and luscious vocals are a welcome constant, yet again exploding into a thousand harmonies and hypnotising textures. Built as a ballad, ‘Bermuda Triangle’ showcases the London-based creative’s nuanced songwriting and vocal prowess.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the single. Berg explains: “It captures the universal feeling of being an outsider; unseen, unheard, and yearning for connection.” As always, Lexi wears her heart on her sleeve, infusing songs with authenticity and meaningfulness.
