We are very familiar with Adik Angel’s instrumental prowess, having featured her in the past. Her project is pretty unique, boasting imagery taken from the Swiss Alps’ highest peaks. In fact, it’s all pretty mesmerizing, which makes it a perfect fit for our publication. Her Modus Operandi focuses on producing instrumental gems drenched in long, ethereal textures and mangled vocal samples.
‘Up So High’ follows that very same formula, and as such it will once again reiterate Angel’s musical prowess. Over a dynamic three-minute gem, the Bulgarian, Swiss-based talent depicts a sonic universe that’s unique and quirky, an ambient and chill-out vibrant journey that’s bound to hypnotize even the most apathetic of listeners.
