We’re beginning to run out of superlatives to describe Norwegian rockers Electric High. From ‘Cyclone’ to ‘Seven Wonders’ and ‘Crooks’, we’ve just fallen deeply in love with these proud rock and rollers! ‘Hear Me Out’ is the band’s latest single, and once again, Electric High gifts the world another piece of thumping and energetic rock goodness.
Sharp guitar riffs meet stomping drum beats, and the unmistakable double lead vocals just seal the deal. With a ridiculously infectious chorus and a vibrancy to their sound that I haven’t heard in a while, ‘Hear Me Out’ offers a new level of energy that sets the act apart from many of their peers.
“‘Hear Me Out is an anthem for freedom of speech,” says vocalist Per Vidar Staff. “The lyrics are once again inspired by our infamous bass player Ein. His need for bringing his message across at all times, and his tireless desire to make clear what is right and wrong, makes him deserve the honourable place on the front cover”.
Have you ever wondered what it would sound like if Rival Sons and Royal Blood crashed the stage at an Aerosmith concert? I also hadn’t. Until now.
Serious tune alert! Enjoy ‘Hear Me Out’ on Spotify and now:
