SLASHERS Release Charming Bi-Lingual Single

Not often we are sent international records such as “Frustrierte Menschen / Frustrated People”. We dig it! Featuring the same song in both English and German language, the record is a deep dive into SLASHERS X Konrad Berger’s artistic universe, here supported by Valiant Horizon as their record label. Based between Belgium and Germany, the group champions a rather retro electro-pop imprint, echoing 90s synth bonanza and 80s flavouring.

Perhaps targeted towards more mature listeners, “Frustrierte Menschen / Frustrated People” will greatly resonate with everyone who’s ever danced to classic Kylie Minogue 1980s anthems or bright Depeche Mode tunes. Its lyricism is also inspiring, with the song delving into the intricacies of human behaviours, and the difficulties of keeping going when life gets hard.

The German version is quite intriguing, and it’s interesting to observe how the same message translates across different languages. SLASHERS X Konrad Berger are certainly dealing with a large amount of potential listeners, dedicating their record to both the European and English-speaking markets.
