Playful pop from Los Angeles, US. Music industry veterans Moananda shares their comeback single ‘Cheers!’, a fresh and buzzing pop pill with a focus on contemporaneity and good times. The song was co-written with songwriter Ceri Earle, and finds its uniqueness thanks to party-themed samples scattered throughout the track.
Comprised of Moana Avvenenti and Ananda Dhar James, Moananda champion an eclectic aesthetic, feeling at home both in poignant acoustic settings and modern, synth-filled productions. Their return to original music after a period working as composers behind the scenes, ‘Cheers’ signals the duo’s journey to their first album, releasing later this year.
